A beautiful Tuscan heirloom, Costoluto Fiorentino is a flat, heavily ribbed tomato that shines as a roasting or saucing tomato while holding its own for fresh eating.  The indeterminate vines consistently produce heavy yields even in drought years. During drought, fruit will be smaller, but plants will still give you a bountiful harvest. Reliable, even in poor soil, these tomatoes are some of our first to mature each year.
